For these purposes, the quality of user is determined by access to the website and systems of "GETKLIENTS" which implies full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the terms and conditions. OBJECT:
GETYNSURED grants the user the right to view and use the website and systems called "Getklients" with all its sub-pages that are attached to it, under the terms and conditions. GETYNSURED RIGHTS:

ONLINE PAYMENTS
The "Getklients" website is intended for the user to use the CRM and Insurance systems. The payment and collection of managed values ​​of these systems is made through a payment platform called Stripe, which is linked to the Getklients systems, therefore, all transactions carried out are the sole responsibility of that service provider. .

SECURITY OF THE INFORMATION
The Getklients CRM and Insurance systems have different mechanisms to safeguard and protect the information.
• These systems are hosted on servers located in the United States of America and have SSL security certificates, with which the information travels encrypted.
• The servers are constantly monitored for viruses and any type of threats.
• File and database backups are run at locations outside of those servers.
• All the information is downloadable to files in PDF or Excel format so any user with the proper administrator permissions can obtain a copy of their data.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Getklients undertakes to keep absolute confidentiality on all the information and documents, both of the User, as well as of their clients and third parties.
For its part, the user undertakes to keep absolute confidentiality over all the information and / or documents of Getklients, or any other type of information that could be revealed to the user as a result of this Contract or its application.

GETKLIENTS OBLIGATIONS
Getklients will correct all errors that arise in the normal operation of the CRM and Insurance systems, as long as they are not generated by incorrect data entry; for which Getklients will designate a technician to review, this may generate expenses that will be assumed by the user, prior agreement.
These systems do not require an installation or accompaniment for their initial implementation. Getklients will provide online tutorials for users to self-train online. Basic support is offered via email in the account: soporte@getklients.com. Other types of support or advanced training may have an additional cost, upon agreement.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS
Getklients users may have access to the following third-party services:
• Google: a user will be able to connect their Getklients account with a Google account, specifically with Gmail, to send and store emails from the Getklients system. This is useful for keeping track of internal communications between a user and prospects, clients, or companies. The user will also be able to download a copy of her email signature. The user may withdraw access to his account at any time he wishes.
• Microsoft: a user will be able to connect their Getklients account with a Microsoft account, such as Hotmail or Outlook, to send and store emails from the Getklients system. This is useful to keep track of the communications that are registered between a user with prospects, clients or companies. The user may withdraw access to his account at any time he wishes.

TERMINATION:
This contract is terminated by:
• The system administrator user unsubscribes. It is possible to do it at any time.
• The termination of the subscription (which can be annual or monthly). These subscriptions are automatically renewed, therefore, it is the responsibility of the user to cancel them when needed.
• By unilateral decision of GETYNSURED at any time.

ACCEPTANCE:
The parties are ratified in the content of this contract, by reason of which, the user agrees to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
