Reviewing emails can be an activity that consumes many hours a day. We take our computer and the first thing we do is read our mails, without any sense of priority.

For example: Social Network Alerts, Promotions, Minor Requirements sent by coworkers, etc., can deviate from the issues that really matter.

GetKlients gives us another way of working, allows us to focus on the "Business Opportunities" that we have to close; which can be ordered by Size, by Expiration Date, by Product Type, among other variables.
With GetKlients, we prioritize what generates Value to our business. And if we want to review communications in relation to each Business Opportunity, we can click on the Files tab, where we can store the relevant emails.

In an email we can not know everything that happens with a Potential Client, with GetKlients we can visualize and remember all the work we have been doing, for example: What product is interested, when was the last contact, what documents or presentations we have sent, etc.

An email can represent additional work by other people, which means sending more emails. With GetKlients we can instead send more emails, assign "Tasks" and schedule Alerts and Reminders. In this way, we make sure to give a proper response to our Potential Customer.
